When are you open?
The Cheesecakery is open 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm!
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Of course! Just let our team know the name on the order!
How do I care for my sweets?
Our cheesecakes are good for a week in the fridge and a year in the freezer! We suggest keeping your items chilled in the fridge up until you’re ready to serve them for the best results!
Do you deliver?
We do offer delivery for wedding orders over $200! You can find out more info in our "Weddings" tab above!
Do you have any parking?
We have plenty of street parking, both metered and un-metered. There's also a free parking lot at the corner of Madison and Whetsel. We do not have our own public parking lot. Our team and our food trucks are only permitted behind our Bakery per our landlord. Please do not park there, as you may get towed without a permit.
Do you offer custom cakes?

Tell me about your flights!
We carry latte flights ($16) and cheesecake flights ($18) every day. We also offer hot chocolate flights ($14)! For the cheesecake flights, you can choose any four flavors out of our display case. Our latte flights are set seasonal flavors and we are not able to change them. You can find our flavors by checking out our "Menu" tab above. They are available year-round!
Do you have any indoor seating?
We have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! Our outdoor seating is to the right of The Cheesecakery (as you're looking at the front door). Our indoor seating aka our Dining Room is a short walk down the sidewalk! Directly next door to Quite Frankly!
Do we need to make reservations?
We do not accept any reservations. Everything is always first come first serve!

What if I have Dietary Restrictions?
WE DO NOT CREATE anything that is certified GLUTEN-FREE, KETO, DAIRY FREE, or SUGAR-FREE, & we are NOT a NUT-FREE bakery! We use the same kitchen and utensils for everything we make so cross-contamination is possible, although we do try our best to avoid this!
We do offer Love Thy Desserts vegan cheesecakes & keto cheesecakes that are gluten-free! Depending on how severe your allergy is, we also offer our own cheesecake cupcakes made with a gluten-friendly crust, but again could be cross-contaminated. We also have other grab and go options such as certain cheesecake jars, cheesecake pops, cheesecake push-ups & cheesecakecicles, Also, we do offer lots of milk substitutes for our drinks in our Coffee Shop!

How do I book your Food Truck?
